Government College of Engineering, Nagpur is a premier Institute of Government of Maharashtra located in Central India. The Institute is established in the academic year 2016-17 at Nagpur, a fast developing city and the second capital of Maharashtra. It is located in the prime area of MIHAN which is an ambitious project of Govt. of India. This youngest institute has already conducted 13 training programmes for technical up gradation of students, faculty as well as nonteaching staff. It has signed 22 MOU’s with the other institutes and reputed industry organizations such as VNIT for infrastructural development, TCS, MINAR Hydro, MITCON, Structwel Consultancy, Red Hat, NHAI for Training & Placement, CCI (Centre for creativity & Innovation) for skill development, MCED-Maharashtra Centre for Entrepreneurship Development etc.
